Welcome to Elsewhere Collective. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms & conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

A place on a tour is only confirmed once payment is received.
You may choose to pay in full or pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 60 days before your trip.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in your booking being cancelled, with the deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If You Cancel:

Cancellations must be made in writing (email).
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
We recommend having travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

If We Cancel:

If a tour is cancelled by Elsewhere Collective (e.g. due to insufficient bookings), you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made.
We are not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. flights, insurance, visas) you may have booked separately.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants and may be required for certain trips.
Your insurance should cover cancellations, medical costs, lost luggage, and personal liability.

4. Health, Fitness & Safety

Participants must be 18 or older and in good physical condition, able to walk moderate distances and navigate stairs or uneven ground.
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions before travel.
Elsewhere Collective reserves the right to deny participation if safety or wellbeing is at risk.

5. Itinerary Changes

While we make every effort to follow the published itinerary, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, local closures, supplier availability).
Any changes will be communicated as early and clearly as possible.

6. Behaviour & Respect

We foster an inclusive, respectful environment. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Discrimination, harassment, or aggression toward other guests, hosts, or locals will not be tolerated.

7. Liability

Elsewhere Collective is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, or delay resulting from third-party services or events beyond our control.
By booking a trip, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of travel.

8. Media Consent

We may capture photographs or video during the trip for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please let us know in writing prior to the tour.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We will never share your data without consent, except as needed to deliver your travel experience.
