Join us in Tuscany, Italy
23 - 29 September, 2026

I find other countries have this or this, but Italy is the only one that has it all for me. The culture, the cuisine, the people, the landscape, the history.

Join us for an unforgettable escape where you’ll sip local wines at a historic estate, roll fresh pasta in a hands-on cooking class, and stand face-to-face with Renaissance masterpieces. This gorgeous part of Italy promises an unforgettable blend of culture, gastronomy, and relaxation.

Double Occupancy: £3,900 / Single Occupancy: £4,250

Day 1: Wednesday - Welcome to Italy
Arrive in Florence and check into your beautiful, centrally located hotel. Treat yourself to an authentic Italian espresso as a pick-me-up and stroll around the city to stretch your legs after the flight. In the evening, the group will meet up for a special welcome dinner so you can settle in, meet everyone, and begin your Tuscan adventure.

Day 2: Thursday - Tuscan culture & cuisine
It's your first full day in Italy, and we have a full day planned for you to enjoy Florence's sensory delights. Explore the historic city, wander around the idyllic Boboli Gardens, and embark on a local food tour so you can taste some of the best food the city has to offer. We've arranged for rooftop cocktails in the evening, which will be the perfect opportunity to relax after a day exploring the birthplace of the Renaissance.

Day 3: Friday - Daytrip to medieval Siena
Today we venture beyond Florence to discover the medieval charm of Siena, a UNESCO World Heritage city renowned for its Gothic architecture, winding lanes, and rich Renaissance history. Wander the historic piazzas, soak in the atmosphere, and savour a leisurely Tuscan meal before we return to Florence for the evening.

Day 4: Saturday - Tuscan wine & renaissance evenings
No journey to Tuscany would be complete without experiencing its celebrated wines. Today we’ll visit a local estate for a leisurely lunch amongst the grapes and enjoy a guided tasting, where you’ll learn the stories behind the vines and savour the region’s finest vintages. The late afternoon and evening are yours to enjoy at your own pace. Explore Florence’s Renaissance treasures, strolling through its timeless streets with a gelato in hand, or simply unwind ahead of tomorrow’s adventures.

Day 5: Sunday - Optional daytrip: Cinque Terre or truffle hunting
There are so many amazing day trips to take from Florence it’s hard to choose a favourite, so we’re giving you the option of staying in the city or taking one of two super exciting add-ons.

Option 1: Although technically just beyond Tuscany’s borders, the colourful seaside villages of Cinque Terre are too enchanting to miss. Journey to the Italian Riviera with us, where brightly coloured houses are perched on dramatic cliffs and the deep blue sea sparkles below. Take time to savour fresh seafood, sip local wine, and soak up the sun before we return to Florence for the evening. Plus, weather permitting, travel part of the way by water taxi for a new perspective of this stunning shoreline. If you’re feeling adventurous, there is an optional hike along a coastal path linking the villages - it’s one of Sandy’s favourites.

Option 2: Or, if you’re more into the foodie side of Italy, spend the day truffle hunting in the Tuscan countryside with Jess. We’ll meet an experienced truffle hunter (along with their truffle dog!!) and journey through the forest to find some of these culinary treasures. This is a must-do for anyone interested in culinary adventures.

Both daytrips are £250 and require a minimum of 4 participants.

Day 6: Monday - Tuscan cooking class & flavours
This morning is all about the taste of Tuscany. In a hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare classic regional dishes before sitting down together to enjoy your creations over lunch. The afternoon is free for you to revisit a favourite spot in Florence or uncover a hidden corner you’ve yet to explore - we’ve got a bunch of recommendations as Florence is (incase you hadn’t guessed already) one of our favourite places. In the evening, we’ll gather for a special farewell dinner, the perfect finale to our week in Tuscany.
