Welcome to Vienna. After checking into our beautiful boutique hotel, you’ll have time to settle in and soak up your first glimpse of the city’s imperial elegance.

In the evening, we’ll come together for a special welcome dinner (included) filled with delicious Austrian cuisine and even better conversation.

Today we explore the heart of Vienna on a guided walking tour, uncovering grand boulevards, hidden courtyards and the city’s rich imperial history. We’ll pause at a traditional Viennese café for coffee and a classic pastry.

Later, we stroll the grounds of Schönbrunn Palace, where the palace courtyards transform into enchanting Christmas markets, glowing with lights, handcrafted gifts and the scent of mulled wine in the winter air.

Enjoy a slow morning in Vienna with some free time. Perhaps a quiet coffee, a little shopping or simply soaking up the festive atmosphere at your own pace.

We’ll then come together for a traditional Austrian cooking class, learning to prepare classic dishes before sitting down to enjoy our creations for lunch.

In the afternoon, we’ll explore another enchanting Christmas market, and for those who wish, the evening offers the option to attend a classical concert… a truly special way to experience Vienna’s rich musical heritage.

We enjoy one final Viennese morning in Vienna.. perhaps squeezing in one last coffee and pastry… before boarding the train bound for Budapest.

Arriving in Hungary’s vibrant capital, we settle in before heading out for dinner together, followed by drinks in one of Budapest’s iconic ruin bars, soaking up the city’s creative energy and atmospheric nightlife.

Today we discover the rich history and grand architecture of Budapest on a guided walking tour, from the Buda Castle district to sweeping views over the Danube.

Later, we gather for a Hungarian wine and cheese tasting, sampling local varietals paired with regional specialities. In the evening, we’ll be exploring the city’s festive Christmas markets.

There will be the option to attend a concert or ballet (subject to availability), offering a beautiful glimpse into Budapest’s celebrated cultural scene.

Ease into your final day in Budapest with a relaxed morning… perhaps lingering over coffee in a cosy café, picking up a few last treasures, or taking one more stroll through the city’s grand streets.

In the afternoon, we’ll meet at an iconic Thermal Bath to unwind in its warm, mineral-rich waters, a quintessential Budapest experience.

In the evening, we come together for a special farewell dinner, raising a glass to a week of festive magic, culture and connection.
